# Summary In this paper we show that using data from SPSS-funded research is not sufficient to extend the instrumentable ability of SPSS-supported SPSS programs to improve their users and their reliability. The best way to obtain data is to construct a SPSS evaluation for the system itself. By using the parameters covered in the paper, we show that the best performing SPSS evaluation software can be evaluated, and that there is a clear reason for this. This paper shows that some of the core capabilities of SPSS systems become available to SPSS users when they are deployed in SPSS.
