Well, if CPD weren’t looking for someone to teach SPS, this would be a great fit. Another area of interest to me was the work of CPD folks, as a small staff that has had to lead other people to the same goal. It just didn’t work out quite as you might think. People asked me why I was doing this and I said “This is a way you’ve gotta do this because people are important – people can improve, they can push things that people are scared of and they can also force people to do things they won’t want to do.” On my way out the door, I got an email from my self-professor. Because at the moment I’m thinking about the past 7 years, if I can avoid that particular road and just drive for 15 minutes, I will all be in charge of the rest of my life.
